WHAT WE DO
At Project Outdoors, we believe that everyone’s needs, available space and style is different – that’s why all our contemporary outdoor garden rooms are bespoke. We don’t believe in a one size fits all approach and our designs always start with your needs at the forefront of our minds. This approach enables us to transform your outdoor space into a beautiful tailor-made and functional space, which suits your needs and style perfectly!
We manage all designer garden room building projects from start to finish including concept design, obtaining planning permission* (if necessary), project management and all aspects of the build.
Closed Garden Summer Rooms start from £12k plus VAT and Open Garden Rooms start at £8k plus VAT and include Design, Project Management, Construction Work, Full Insulation, a Plastered Finish and Electrical Connection.
We offer a wide range of additional services and optional extras for your designer garden room or summer house including planning permission services, landscaping and various garden room upgrades.
HOW IT WORKS
Get in touch using our Contact Form telling us all about your vision to begin the design on your brand new summer house or outdoor studio.
We will arrange a site visit to discuss your ideas before providing you with designs and a no obligation quote before starting work on your tailor made garden room.
If you choose to go ahead we require a 10% deposit to secure your slot and we will then pencil your start date in.
Start dates are typically 4 weeks after booking confirmation though this is dependent on our availability.
Build times are dependent on your requirements but a typical summer room or house takes around 2-6 weeks to complete.
Typical payment schedule: 10% deposit, 40% one month prior to start, 40% at roof install, 10% on completion.
